ligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.


Exchange Policy

  • If you ordered the wrong size or product, we’re happy to exchange it (subject to availability).

  • Shipping charges for exchange may apply.

  • Exchanges must also be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.


Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by customer misuse

  • Custom-sized or personalized products

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty)


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at [yourstore@email.com] with your Order ID and reason for return.

  2. Attach clear pictures if the product is damaged or incorrect.

  3. Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the return or exchange.


Refund Process

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is approved.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may be refunded via bank transfer or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we will cover return shipping.

  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
